I want to make a down payment and was told it was too late, we signed remotely and the bank wanted to fund the loan before the end of the month. I felt like I was force into a larger loan and payment than I wanted. I spoke to Rob about this before the final paperwork was created, I wish he would have double checked with me before finalizing the loan paperwork otherwise his service and availability was quite good.
