Chris was actually outstanding but the one thing that was either intentional missed or incidentally missed in to mainta that 1000% love this guy is the fact that the interest rate before close wasn't recalculated and I late found on the day I signed my loan I qualifted for 4.99%. I understand that I could have but when we are distinguing ok from great these are the things that are calculate. Due diligence for the customer without the customer having the knowledge of always holds the strongest value
