Chris Oldham- Fist Federal Bank loan officer, had been with him and helping me with the processing of our home loan. I will tell you that he and his team we on top of things. They made the processing go smoothly. They are very knowledgeable on what they do. They kept us updated on the loan process and this help us decrease our anxiety. Chris was very responsive to my emails and phone calls even on the weekends. I emailed him and you get a response between 1-5 mins. Our loan was closed in only 28 days from the time the contract was signed. Great customer service!!!

Chris was super responsive and personal via all mediums of communication. Every time I communicated with anyone other than Chris, from other companies, or even from his bank, I had a less than positive experience. I always messaged Chris when I wanted the real answer and the real customer service response that I was looking for. The combination of Chris's communication with me with the rates available are the reason I decided to go with First Federal. Chris was awesome, give this dude a raise.
