At the end of the day the transaction was closed at the roiginal COE. it was totally our fault for not getting an addendum to close sooner as the seller requested. The process was stressful due to lack of communication. His processor was a bit more communicative in the sense of the details instead of just telling me what they thought i wanted to hear , transparance is always nice and more efficient. The final underwriting experience was very painful tbh. I was in the business for 25 years and needed a bit of guidance as to the specifics with some explanation and I didnt feel as though i was getting that. i understand the need for documentation but dont ask me for a letter explaining then dont believe what I am telling you, maybe a phone call to better understand the situation with me could have alleviated some of that??? the fico was high enough and the LTV was 50%, didnt anticipate what we went through, after signing twice it finally closed.
