My name is John O’Gorman and I am a Senior Mortgage Lender at First Federal Bank’s Overland Park, Kansas office. I have been helping my customers with their mortgage financing needs for more than 26 years. I love that at FFB we offer all of the mortgage programs that anyone could possibly need (conventional, VA, FHA, jumbo, USDA). John was largely communicative about our loan, willing to explain the process and helped us understand what was required. Almost without exception, we greatly enjoyed working with him and would have no problem recommending him to others. Our only minor concern was it took a few days to hear back when the property manager didn't communicate with him about a needed repair. Had we known about that sooner, we would have had a little extra cushion and could have worked with our estate agent and help connect the parties. Fortunately this was resolved and we were able to close on time.
