Tadd went above and beyond my expectations of what I believed a mortgage lender would do. Always was able to take calls, always responded to emails, answered all of me and my wife's tedious questions in detail. Always professional. Always courteous. Made our first time home buying process stress free with his institutional expertise and ability to explain things in Lehman terms. Recommend changing his job title from mortgage lender to VA home loan specialist extraordinair. I cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with Tadd making our home buying process a reality, and for working long hours and working with my hectic and unusual schedule of availability. If and when I sell this home I will 100% be giving him a call for my next home purchase. I am beyond elated he was able to make the numbers work with my budget and to help us close on a home in such a short timeframe. When we saw First Federal Bank provided the lowest rates on the market, we were concerned that the trade-off would come in the form of reduced customer service.
