David was such a pleasure to work with. He literally worked around the clock to answer any questions I had he provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced anytime. I had a question concern he would call or text me immediately. Anytime there was an issue or follow up needed for the loan he would respond timely, and make sure I knew exactly what I needed to get done. We had a very tight window with the closing, and he was on top of everything I couldn't have asked for a better person handling my mortgage. He also does a really good job of explaining things.

David is excellent, this is second time I've financed with him in three years across two different states, so he has built a loyalty with me. He has an extremely high knowledge of his profession, to include how things work, why things or even numbers aren't what they seem, and where hidden tricks are to make things that are not appealing look appealing. He's extremely honest, thorough, and responsive. He's gotten involved when asked, speaking with seller's agents to clarify some things about my loan. The feedback from my buying agent was the seller agent found him extremely knowledgeable, high quality, and an outstanding loan officer. I would 10/10 recommend anybody to him. Honestly David's knowledge frequently surpasses mine, but the trust I've developed with him is so strong that rather than ask him to simplify things more than he already does, I usually just trust him and go with whatever he recomends. End of day: if an agent ever directed me toward a local or referred loan officer, I would just assume find a new house and new agent than break my relationship with David. Having financed with both major instititutions like Wells Fargo, Navy Federal, and smaller local institutions, I do not think his service can be beat.
