David is great to work with. He communicated and explained every step. Even with difficult circumstances (not from him or his team) he wasalways there and had answers and truly was the one person I felt comfortable and who I could truly trust. He was up front and transparent about everything. Even when other mortgage lenders tried to sell you and down play other lenders David was not that way. I think his results and longevity speak for themselves. It has been and will be a pleasure working with him. I would suggest anyone to just give him a shot and hear what he has to say.
