Honesty, Integrity and Communication are what drives me

Shana is a 20-plus year veteran of the mortgage industry. She loves to build a relationship with her customers, and really takes the time to listen to their needs and tailor a solution. She believes in honesty and being upfront, and communication is one of the most commented positives in customer surveys. Shana is married to the love of her life, is a proud mom of three kids and two four-legged twerps. She studied education at Kansas State University before becoming a sports journalist for several years. But when her father, who had been very successful in the consumer finance industry, started his own mortgage business, Shana felt a calling to help others achieve their dreams of homeownership. Her background in education and media has been crucial in her success as a mortgage loan officer. In her free time, she is a voracious reader, works on her family genealogy, camps with her family, and travels. Mostly, she cheerleads her kids in their active lives. She serves on the boards of several community organizations, and is active in her church. Her favorite all-time movie is “Hoosiers” and she hasn’t seen a historical drama she didn’t love.

Hear From My customers

Here are some recent reviews from customers of mine.

Most important thing is no surprises on closing. Shana was very informative and made sure the process went smoothly and as described. Much appreciated!

Shana did an excellent job at communicating and keeping me in the loop along the way, she was also patient when the title company ran into issues with a title payoff and delays with closing, she even offered to reach out to the seller's agent and title company to assist in moving things along
