Michelle was available and provided clarity during the process. She jumped in when the request from the loan processor was unclear and not communicated clearly to us so that we could provide the necessary documentation. she helped close the loan on time.

We are first time home buyers & Michelle provided us with all the information we requested for throughout the process. After we found the home we wanted to buy she worked with us & our realtor to make sure the appraisal & clear to close was done according to the timelines we had set up with the sellers. There were some delays with the underwriting due to our complex financial situation, Michelle worked with us patiently to allay our fears & get the process completed. During the clear to close Michelle was off from work but still worked with us during that time to ensure a seamless close for us.
