When Dan first contacted me about a VA loan refinance, his pleasant demeanor immediately made my decision to work with him on my refinance. The VA loan did not work out, but Dan knew my goal was to cash-out some equity in my home, in order to payoff debt incurred while I was not working for several months in 2023. Dan presented the conventional loan option, and even though the rate was slightly higher, I avoided the high VA funding fee. Dan’s communication was excellent. If I had a question or concern during the refinance process, he would get me the answer whether he knew it immediately or if he had to verify with another colleague. I tried to avoid contacting Dan after business hours, but he willingly provided his cellphone number in case I had a question or concern signing a document, or questions about the contents of a document. To summarize, Dan was a great person to work with, and he’s #1 on my list to contact in the future for a home purchase loan or a refinance.
