It was an okay experience. I would rather speak than have videos sent to me that I couldn't open. Anytime I would call he would answer. If I have the option to receive a lower rate at least once, and that was a really huge selling point, I didn't receive communication on rates dropping or rising. It was more just a sales pitch.
