Tadd went above and beyond my expectations of what I believed a mortgage lender would do. Always was able to take calls, always responded to emails, answered all of me and my wife's tedious questions in detail. Always professional. Always courteous. Made our first time home buying process stress free with his institutional expertise and ability to explain things in Lehman terms. Recommend changing his job title from mortgage lender to VA home loan specialist extraordinair. I cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with Tadd making our home buying process a reality, and for working long hours and working with my hectic and unusual schedule of availability. If and when I sell this home I will 100% be giving him a call for my next home purchase. I am beyond elated he was able to make the numbers work with my budget and to help us close on a home in such a short timeframe. He was always willing and able to work around life events with our Finances during our permanent change of station . there are not enough words for me to describe how grateful me and my family are to Tadd for making this happen. If he is ever in the sultan Washington area he and his family are invited for dinner any day of the week. I will always remember this first home buying process because of is professionalism and dedication helping me and my wife make this happen. We are forever grateful for having crossed paths, and have already mentioned Tadd to several of our friends who are considering using VA loan lenders for buying a home. From the initial contact made with Tadd via my wife, Tadd was very engaged in the whole loan application and approval process. Tadd was very receptive to communications made via emails, calls, and texts, which made the "waiting for approval" timeline easier to manage. Based on the unique situation for our requested loan, Tadd was open to communicating with my sister (who is in the real estate business) who serves as my go to for real estate advice/counsel. Tadd and all of the supporting team from FFBML, especially Erin Frey, who too was just as supportive throughout this experience. Overall, we are pleased to have chosen FFBML and truly thankful for allowing us to purchase the home our children will grow to call a home after being lugged around the world during my career in the USMC. Tadd has been added to my POCs and will definitely recommend him and FFBML to anyone who may be in the house buying market. Thanks to Tadd and Erin for the continuous engagement and assisting us through this entire process. When we saw First Federal Bank provided the lowest rates on the market, we were concerned that the trade-off would come in the form of reduced customer service. Instead, Tadd and his team were easily the best and most-reliable team we worked with throughout our homebuying experience.
