Brooke was so patient through the process. Her expertise and constant availability was noted. She was even available after work. Before I started the process I knew very little about the company. She took the time to explain the company history and the successes before I decided to pick a mortgage lender. Truthfully this is what made me decide to with first federal instead of something else.
